Facility Policies & Guest Guidelines
Our goal at Valley Golf Lounge is to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. The following policies help ensure the best experience for all guests while protecting our equipment and facility. By filling out the form below you are acknowledging and agreeing to the policy and terms stated.
• Only one person may be in the hitting area at a time.
• Always check your surroundings before swinging a club.
• All swings must take place on the designated hitting mat and directed toward the screen.
• Practice swings should be limited and must occur only in the hitting area.
• Guests should remain outside the swing radius of anyone actively hitting.
Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in the immediate end of your session without refund.
Safety Guidelines
Our simulators are professional-grade equipment designed to deliver an accurate and enjoyable golf experience.
• Clubs must be clean and free of debris.
• Golf balls must be clean and unmarked.
• Only approved golf balls provided or permitted by staff may be used. - Don’t worry we will provide balls in house!
• Only use tees and hitting surfaces provided in each bay.
• Do not intentionally strike the screen, walls, or enclosure.
Guests may be financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, reckless behavior, or failure to follow equipment guidelines.
Maximum Players Per Bay
Each simulator bay can accommodate:
Up to 4 - 6 guests per bay
For the best playing experience:
• 1–2 players: approximately 1 hour
• 3–4 players: 2 hours recommended
• 5–6 players: 2 + hours recommended
Equipment Use
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are welcome in the lounge seating areas.
• No food or beverages on simulator turf or hitting mats.
• Drinks should remain on tables or designated surfaces.
Outside Alcohol
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside Valley Golf Lounge.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated.
Smoking & Vaping
Valley Golf Lounge is a smoke-free facility.
Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco products is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
Video Surveillance
For the safety and security of our guests and staff, video surveillance may be in use throughout the facility.
By entering Valley Golf Lounge, guests acknowledge that they may be recorded while on the premises.
Valley Golf Lounge reserves the right to use recorded footage for security, incident review, or promotional purposes.
Damage Responsibility
Guests are responsible for damage caused by:
• misuse of simulator equipment
• hitting outside the designated hitting area
• use of damaged clubs or balls
• reckless or unsafe behavior
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible party.
Assumption of Risk
Golf simulator play involves inherent risks. Golf balls can travel at high speeds and clubs are swung in close proximity to others.
By entering Valley Golf Lounge or participating in simulator activities, guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the sport of golf and the simulator environment.
Valley Golf Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries or damages sustained while using the facility or while on the premises, except where required by law.

Children & Minors
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
Management Rights
Valley Golf Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a reservation if guests fail to follow facility policies or behave in a manner that compromises safety or the experience of others.
Booking & Reservations
Simulator bays are reserved by 30 minute increments.
• Reservation time begins at the scheduled booking time.
• Late arrivals do not extend reservation time.
• Additional time may be added if availability allows.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the 50% reservation charge.
*We understand life happens if you are within the 24 hours window drop us a line and we will help get things sorted.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation without notice may be charged 50% reservation amount.
