Q: Do unused hours roll over month to month?
A: No — membership hours are “use or lose” each month. This helps keep our bays available for all members, while encouraging regular play.

Q: Can I upgrade or cancel my membership?
A: Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Memberships are set as 12-month agreements to give you the best value, but reach out to our team if your situation changes — we’ll work with you.

Q: How does corporate membership work?
A: Corporate memberships provide a block of hours each month that your business can use for team events, client outings, or employee perks. Packages scale depending on your company’s needs, and custom options are available.

Walk-In Play

Q: Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
A: We recommend booking to guarantee a bay, especially during peak hours, but walk-ins are always welcome if space allows.

Q: How many people can share one bay?
A: Up to four players can share a bay comfortably. If you have a larger group, we can help arrange multiple bays or an event package.

Q: Do you provide clubs?
A: Yes — club rentals are available for $10 per bay. Members enjoy free rentals as part of their plan.

Q: What if I’ve never golfed before?
A: No problem! Our simulators are user-friendly, and our team will help you get started. Valley Golf Lounge is just as much about having fun as it is about perfecting your swing.

Food & Drinks

Q: Do you serve alcohol?
A: Yes, we offer beer and wine, along with a variety of non-alcoholic drinks.

Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks?
A: Outside beverages are not permitted, but we offer snacks and packaged food in-house. For private events, catering arrangements may be discussed.

Q: Will there be snacks and non-alcoholic options for kids/families?
A: Absolutely. We’re family-friendly and always keep kid- and teen-friendly options available.

Events

Q: Can I rent the space for a private party or fundraiser?
A: Yes! From birthdays to corporate team nights to charity fundraisers, Valley Golf Lounge is available for private rentals. Reach out to us for a custom quote.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book an event?
A: We recommend at least 2–3 weeks to secure your preferred date, especially during peak season.
